Return & Exchange Policy

At Me Time, we stand by the quality and authenticity of our products. Every order is inspected before shipping. However, if something goes wrong, our return and exchange policy ensures a fair and simple process.

  • The product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing (request must be made within 15 business days of delivery).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (request must be made within 30 days of delivery).

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned unless defective.

If your request is approved, we will issue either a refund, store credit, or replacement depending on your preference and product availability.

How to Request a Return/Exchange?
  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team within the allowed timeframe with your order number and registered email.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach photos/videos clearly showing the issue (damaged/defective/missing items).
  3. Verification: Our team will review within 1–2 business days. If valid, we’ll arrange pickup within 2–7 business days.
  4. Refund/Replacement: Once the returned product passes inspection at our warehouse, we will process:
    • Cash refund
    • Store credit voucher
    • Bank transfer (matching your original payment method)
    • Replacement product (if unopened and in original packaging)

Important Notes:

  • If the complaint is invalid, the product will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • If delivery is refused twice, the product will be stored at our warehouse for up to 90 days. After this period, unclaimed products will be considered forfeited.
  • Customers must pack returns securely (in original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping). Refunds may be denied if items are damaged during return transit due to poor packaging.
  • Inspection at the warehouse: 2–7 business days.
  • Refund initiation: immediately after inspection.
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider.
  • Once a refund method is chosen, it cannot be changed.

Business Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM (excluding public holidays).
